1. SAFETY: NEXT EXIT must have a safe environment to perform.
2. AREA: A hard / flat area of at least 4m x 3m is needed to hold the necessary
equipment for NEXT EXIT to perform.
3. POWER: A minimum of four (4) power points must be available at the stage area,
whether through direct points or via extensions.
4. WEATHER: NEXT EXIT must be protected from all possible weather conditions
when booked for outdoor gigs.
5. ACCESS: Safe and direct access must be provided for the loading and unloading of
all necessary equipment between the vehicles and staging area.
6. SOUND RESTRICTIONS: NEXT EXIT will adhere to all legal sound limits. Sound
restrictions are to be confirmed and clarified by yourself with your local authority.
Private bookings within a residential area are to be notified to the police.
7. PACKAGES AVAILABLE: There are two (2) common packages available for a
NEXT EXIT performance. Package 1 consists of a 3 hour block, being 3 sets of 45
mins. Package 2 consists of a 4 hour block, being 4 sets of 45 mins. Packages to suit
your specific event are on application.
8. PAYMENT OF FEES: A deposit of 30% is payable immediately to secure the
performance date. The remaining 70% is to be paid before the performance on the day
of performance.
9. FEES CHARGED: Prices for private functions are P.O.A, as there are a few factors to
consider. Location, Times of Performance, Day, Date (High Demand, like NYE etc …..)
10. CANCELLATION: Cancellations within 45 days of the performance date are non-refundable
(NEXT EXIT may not be able to re-book a performance for that date).
11. SPECIFIC SONG REQUESTS: NEXT EXIT may be able to add new song/s for a
particular date upon request. But there are no guarantees.
12. MUSIC BETWEEN SETS: Music played within the breaks of a NEXT EXIT
performance is “generic” music, usually a mix of current through to the 80’s. Music to
your personal taste is more than welcome. This is at your own expense and time to
organize and supply the music if it’s required to go through the NEXT EXIT PA system.
